Orders & payment
All pieces are made to order. Payment is cash on delivery — you pay when your order is delivered and installed. No payment is taken online.

Lead time & delivery
Made-to-order pieces are typically ready in a maximum of 15 days. We deliver and install across Lebanon; delivery is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Custom dimensions
Most pieces can be built to your measurements. Send us your dimensions with your order or contact us before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.

Returns
Because each piece is custom-built to your specifications, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Privacy
We use the details you provide only to process and deliver your order. We never sell or share your information.
